It has got a panel of reputed doctors and is located in a very convenient location. The website was sometimes ago and needed an upgradation. Pied piper has recently been associated with Peerless hospitals. It was a multi-agency Pitch and we stood out with our Technical Knowledge and cost-effective budget. The website needed to be dynamic and their UI UX needed a complete transformation. we are also working on their ERP integration. After completion of the website, we will also be working on multichannel digital marketing activities.

With just 42 cover, big budget advertising is not possible. At the same time, the Brand and offers have to be made visible and also required to build a salience and separate positioning in order to create repeat customers and WOM. THE SOLUTION Pied Piper started working on the brand communication and creative strategy, non-digital and digital. We were required to depict a famous era in the history of Calcutta. A cross-fertilization of English liberalism, European decadence, Mughal conservatism and indigenous revivalism. An era that marked the rise of the Bengal Renaissance, to usher in a change from the orthodox social convention to human idealism. And hence the evolution of Calcutta Recipes. The communication was done on hybrid mode...Orthodox Bengali and Modern English. Multi channel media plan was launched in select geographies. That created intrigue, interest, desire. Footfall zoomed. Ads on discovery platforms were discontinued. Takeaway was restricted to lean hours only. Thematic Food Events/Festivals were created to increase salience and create opportunity for unorthodox communication. The client plans to open a second outlet soon.

The entire Sales and Marketing team was looking for a solution to get revenues coming and keep the organisation moving. In absence of any movement of sales team on the ground, we gave a digital solution. THE SOLUTION A quick plan was drawn up on reaching out to potential customers in various segments – Private hospitals, Govt officials, Individual Ophthalmologists, Critical Car Eye Hospitals. A new range of products was launched under a new brand REMISAFE. Offering highest COVID protection gears to the medical fraternity. An e-commerce site was created for quick dispensing of inventory for the new REMISAFE brand and the existing REMIDIO equipment. While the old database was targeted for COVID care gears, a multi channel campaign was launched to reach out for the high-end Ophthalmic equipment. Generation of leads with Facebook and Google Display and Google Search were the main pillars for the Ophthalmic equipment while MailChimp was engaged for the COVID care gears along with Search campaign. A 3-month contract was extended to 6 months and that replaced the first leg to sales contacts. Working on Affinity audience and Retargeting on the Google platform yielded satisfactory results. THE PROBLEM The client came onboard for digital activity for the first time in 2020. The website was not SEO friendly (built on Jumla ). The social handles were managed unprofessionally. Business accounts of Digital handles didn’t exist. Engineering seats went vacant even for the new-age curriculum even, having one of the best course design and faculties. Admission fee was lower than the colleges at par with TINT academic standards. The institute required image re-hauling and salience building. Techno India College Of Technology was mandated to be changed to Techno International New Town. THE SOLUTION The first year of (admission) activity concentrated on creating a Digital footprint, optimizing the present channels and creating visibility on the Digital platform with a wide funnel. Lead Generation and SEO were done at the end of the admission session. In 2021-22, it was a campaign firing from all barrels and generating quality leads with narrower funnel. It was a very good admission session and also created a recognizable salience in the relevant segments. We engaged on Search, Google Display and Facebook Lead Generation platforms.
