Peerless Hospital the pioneer of Multi-speciality hospital in Eastern India and one of the finest single unit hospital in Kolkata.
The existing website had many limitations as it was developed decades back and various micro-sites had to be integrated to keep up to the evolving services of the hospital.
Our task was to create a portal integrating all the functions of the various mocro-sites and also creating a seamless system of OPD booking and report generation.
- The website layout was planned to cater to the three primary audience type:
- Patients
- Doctors
- Family Members of Patients
Apart from 3 API integrations and integrating of HMS the following functionalities needed to be delivered.
- Online Doctor Appointment Booking Engine for OPD, integrated with online payment gateway. The online booking engine will be integrated with the HMS for providing realtime update on Doctor Schedule and Availability
- Online reports for Diagnostic Tests
- Online Payment for In-Patients
- Accreditation, testimonials and case studies will be showcased
- The website’s content would be optimized for SEO
- The hospitals location will be integrated with Google Map for driving navigations
- The new website would have an active blog/article section
- The website would be integrated with a secured CMS with multilevel access control for managing contents that may require frequent updating
- The website would be integrated with Social Networks like Facebook, Insta, Youtube and Linkedin
Additional deliveries:
- Prominent links for International Patients on the home page.
- Track visitors country from IP and dynamically change layout of the website to make information sought by International patients more prominent
- A dedicated section for easily find Doctors/Consultants by Name/Specialization, Schedule for OPD booking
- Ease of finding doctors and appointment booking from the department pages
